George is the Founder of GMF Consulting Incorporated and the author of the book, “There are no sales without service ©”. Mr. Fakhoury Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. He has served many clients worldwide and conducted numerous seminars in the basics of sales and customer service to front line employees in various countries around the world.
He spent most of his career in the Travel and Tourism industry that included fortune 1000 companies. He has chaired and served as a board member for different notable organizations, chambers and associations. Mr. Fakhoury has earned many awards and recognitions throughout his career, and due to his unconditional involvement in the community he has also earned prestigious recognition awards from community leaders. Ramy M. Sidarous - Chief Operating Officer - COO
Ramy has a Bachelor (BA) graduate of business management and marketing from George Mason University in Virginia, USA. He is a green belt holder of Lean Six Sigma, completed courses in Professional Selling skills, Professional Negotiating skills by MPI Int’l, The Imperatives of innovation and leadership strategy by X-pert Learning.

Nancy E. Fakhoury - Chief Financial Officer - CFO
Nancy started her career in the Beauty industry where she received her degree and licenses and gained her experience working in that field. Her experience also extends into front line employee operations through the hospitality and the travel industry working for food and beverage, car rental and tour operator businesses.
For few years, Nancy also expanded on her expertise in teaching which gives her the ability to understand and administer the basics to improve Front Line Customer Service Performance.
Nancy education includes, travel agency training, cosmetology consultation, travel and sales techniques, cost control, personal and telephone sales procedures, hotel and resorts process through tour operator function, North America and Worldwide OAG, Rails, Cruises, Airline, meeting and travel planner, Travel Industry finance and payment programs. Her course were also in computerized Reservations, S.O.D.A, effective bookkeeping, organized filing, cash-control and handling process, telemarketing sales and Inventory processing.

Graziella G. Sidarous - Chief Marketing Officer - CMO
Graziella holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Central Florida. Mrs. Sidarous started her carrier in the Hospitality and the Travel Industry where she has gained her experience in food and beverage, hotel and car rental businesses for 20 years.

Mark Haddad - Regional Director, Australia & South Pacific
Mr. Mark Haddad has been in the travel industry for over twenty years managing travel agencies and airlines including tour operators selling retail and wholesale.
Mark also is a world traveler visiting every continent and over 150 cities worldwide. His travels were to learn and understand the hospitality business and how it operates. His trips took him through hotels, resorts, restaurants and on airlines as a FAM trips, Inspections and other business programs.

Mr. Alani is a Graduate of Bishops University in Canada and has a Double Major in Business & Finance. His experience is extensive in the banking and the finance industry. Prior to establishing Scimitar Services Bahrain, a marketing and event company, he was a Business Development manager at Merchant Bridge Bank in the UAE and a Fund Manager of the Iraq Construction fund with the same organization in 2005.
