GMF Consulting was founded in 1995 when the company first introduced its front line employee training program driven by the basics of sales and customer service illustrated in the book, “There are no sales without service ©” 1st edition. The company introduced an overture to the basic of marketing into its training program in 2004 linking sales and customer service to marketing…

In 2010 the Book;“There are no sales without service ©” 2nd edition was published to introduce the changes in the way business is conducted and to include the basics of marketing in the book.

Since its establishment, GMF Consulting has provided business consulting services to small and medium size companies. In 2002, the company developed their Event Planning Services. Each event we introduced has been a success such as the blitz and the Hospitality Appreciation Tradeshow.

Today, we continue to look for more opportunities to form partnerships with different businesses bringing more and better results for our clients. As a company we are proud to offer our current and new clients Business Consulting, Event Planning, Front Line Training and Marketing Distribution.

Since 1995, our strategy has and will always be to build a solid and more recognized business relationship within hospitality and other industries allowing our company to connect our clients to any industry instantly.
