Businesses pour money into their marketing and sales campaigns to capture and attract clients to come through their doors, when all the trails are done and their efforts work, who does the client interacts with first when they visit your business? Frontline Employees are the backbone of any company and I always believed that training frontline employees that sales and service go hand in hand is the only alternative.
The definition of sales is "persuading others to go with your thoughts and ideas” and I definition of service is "providing support during and after a presentation regardless of the outcome." A sale is never over and repeat business is the key!
