Our Train the Trainer Program begins by including selective management personnel into the Front Line Employee training seminar.
Step two of the program will include on the job training to selective management personnel with guidance and reports dedicated to helping trainers follow up with employees through evaluations, discipline and most of all encouragement and motivations.
Our objectives are to build continuity in what we train and training the trainer will help continue our training process mush after we have completed our program and moved forward.
To show our commitment to our clients, we offer Train the Trainer program step one at no cost to the company based on total employee participation...
